What we collect

  • Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, current website (optional) and the options you chose in the quote builder.
  • Call requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the days and times that suit you, and anything you tell us you’d like to talk about.
  • Emails you send us: anything you include when you contact us.
  • Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregated usage data about how the site is used, via Vercel Analytics.

Why we use it

We use your details to prepare and send your quote, to arrange a call you have requested, to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have asked us to deal with, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

  • Resend, which delivers our emails.
  • Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service protects our forms from spam and bots.
  • Vercel, which hosts the site and provides analytics.

These providers process data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

[Retention period to be confirmed.]
