Who owns my website, domain and content?
You do. You own your domain, code and content once paid in full. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and nothing is locked behind JP Sitecraft.
Can you guarantee I'll rank on Google or show up in ChatGPT?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings and AI visibility are controlled by third parties. We build every site using proven SEO and AI search best practice, which significantly improves your chances of being found, but results also depend on domain age and history, competition, and the volume and quality of your customer reviews.
How long does a build take?
Seven days. Day 1 is discovery, Days 2 to 5 are the build, Day 6 is your review and Day 7 is launch. The seven days run from the moment we receive your content, so sending photos, copy and logos promptly is the fastest way to a live site.
What happens if I decide to leave?
We hand everything over: your domain, code and content. There's no ransom and no lock-in. If you're on a monthly plan, you simply stop it (subject to the minimum term below).
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans are rolling month to month, except with the Complete package, which has a 12-month minimum term. The one-off build has no ongoing commitment.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, photos, a rough idea of the services you offer and the areas you cover, plus any testimonials you already have. We'll guide you through it on Day 1, and we can help you shape the copy if you'd rather not write it yourself.
What does 'built to be found' actually mean?
Every page is structured so search engines and AI tools can understand who you are, what you do and where you do it: clean markup, structured data, fast loading, clear service and location pages, and a sitemap and llms.txt file. It's the groundwork that gives you a fair chance of being recommended.
What does the monthly care include?
The Care plan covers hosting, security, backups, updates and small edits. The Visibility plan adds SEO and AI search optimisation, new content, high-quality backlink building and a monthly results report. Growth improvements are ongoing tweaks to turn more visitors into enquiries.
How many backlinks will I get?
We don't promise a fixed number, because quality matters far more than quantity. One link from a respected local or industry site is worth more than hundreds of low-quality ones. We build links steadily over several months, which is what search engines trust, and show you every new link in your monthly report.
What is the AI Visibility Audit?
A 45-minute call where we look at how your business shows up on Google and AI tools today and what to fix first. It costs £495 and is fully credited against a build if you go ahead.

We're UK first, with worldwide to follow. If you're elsewhere, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit yet.
